Hyaluronic acid, propanediol, and pro-vitamin B5 are blended with these ingredients to add a lovely increase in moisturizing properties to hydrate the skin without causing irritation.
Mist directly onto freshly cleansed skin before using a facial oil or moisturizer, to tone and further cleanse the skin while adding an extra infusion of hydration during cold and dry months of winter.
A 24 hour patch test is always recommended when using new skin care products.
