This deck was designed by a licensed mental health counsellor and is infused with Evidence-Based Mind-Body practices that have been sourced and adapted from the ancient lineages of Yoga, Qi Gong, Buddhism, and Eastern Medicine, as well as the present day science of Somatic Therapy.

The purpose of this deck is to help you increase your awareness of your mind-body experience, to reprogram your Nervous System to seek for safety over danger, and to offer you a sense of empowerment and control over your stress and anxiety.

Hack your nervous system deck

After learning about our nervous system and how it affects our health, I was inspired to try the Hack Your Nervous System Deck from Jen at Sensori House. The cards are lovely and so easy to use. As an Expressive Arts Therapist and teacher, I will use them with clients, my students and with myself. The connection to nature and its healing power is the most powerful message of the many wonderful cards in the deck.
