Place a few drops of oil into your palm and gently warm it between your hands. Bring your hands toward your face and take a slow breath in, allowing the aroma to settle your senses.

With unhurried touch, smooth the oil onto the body – along the neck and décolletage, across the shoulders,

along the inner arms, onto the wrists and pulse points, and through the ends of the hair. Allow your hands to
